What file format must I use to submit my project?
Print-ready PDF files are preferred and will yield the best and most reliable results. We can accept many file types, but may charge you for Desk Top Publishing time if needed to get your file ready to print (see below for more information about Desk Top Publishing). Some file types, including Word, Publisher and PowerPoint, often can re-flow text or change when printed, so for best results, generate PDF files from these before submitting them for printing.
What kind of Proof will I receive?
Up to two Digital proof(s) are included in the price. A proof approval is required in order for us to proceed with a print job.
Can I get a Hardcopy Proof?
We can provide a hard copy proof; we will send a quote for the hard copy. Please understand that hard copy proofs can cause an increase in turn time for your job.
Can you help me with Desk Top Publishing?
Yes, we offer graphic services at the current contract rate, billed in 15 minute increments. For example, we can create logos, typeset documents, and adjust files and combine multiple documents into one file, etc.
What are estimated turnaround times?
Depending on the job type and size: From Proof sign-off :
10,000 impressions/pages in 10 business hours
10,001-25,000 impressions/ pages in 20 business hours
25,000 + impressions/ pages is negotiable and will be quoted based on time to produce and job requirements.
Please add one business day for areas outside the Atlanta metro area.
Additional finishing/ binding is not included in the estimated turn times.
What happens if I need a project rushed?
If your job is needed sooner than estimated turn times, it would be considered ‘Rush’ and will be quoted based on the job requirements.
How quickly will I receive an Invoice?
You should receive an emailed invoice within 3 business days after your order is delivered. Email StateBilling@morebizz.net if you have questions concerning your invoice.
How long do I have to pay?
You have 30 days after receipt of the invoice to pay.
Can I order items/services not on the contract?
Yes, call or email our Customer Service department to discuss all of the services we offer that are not in this contract, such as: Stationery/ Envelopes, Signage/ Banners, Promotional items, Mailing Services, and more! Customer Service Line: 770-225-5839
Is there walk-up service?
We no longer have a walk-up facility in the Floyd Towers as of 03-31-2023; but can arrange virtual or in-person meetings and pick-ups as requested. The closure of the Floyd location does not impact turn times or product availability.
